NAVIX is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Minneapolis, MN

About Your RoleOur Marketing Manager will leverage their skills and lean into their curious nature to create our first in-house marketing team. As a sole contributor for the near term, you will generate a comprehensive marketing plan for this stage of our company's growth and execute the plan.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to attract, engage, and delight the ideal prospects and customers.
  • Design, implement, and monitor effective marketing activities across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, and events, that align with the buyer's journey and business goals.
  • Plan and execute events and tradeshows, including coordination, vendor management, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up, to maximize brand visibility and lead generation opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the transportation and logistics industry to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and target audiences within the transportation and logistics space.
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 1 year focused on SaaS marketing
  • The ability and desire to build and execute a plan with a limited budget and scrappy mentality.
  • Excellent time management and the skills to complete projects successfully with little-to-no oversight
  • Proficient in HubSpot
  • Experience in planning and executing trade shows and demand generation events is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience of the marketing intricacies of the transportation and logistics industry, with a strong understanding of freight technology and SaaS services is a plus.

Starting Salary Based on Experience
$90,000—$115,000 USD
