Job descriptionPosition Overview:
Housing Stabilization Specialists assist individuals with disabilities to obtain stable and affordable housing. Common tasks are meeting with clients, assessing and overcoming barriers pertaining to housing, identifying and accessing community financial resources, and assisting clients in developing skills to maintain housing. This role reports to the Program Manager and has no direct reports.Role Responsibilities:
