Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team. As a Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of service technicians to customer locations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Duties:
- Receive incoming service requests and gather necessary information
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations

- Reschedule customers as needed

-Book for profitability
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have the necessary tools and equipment for each job
- Monitor technician progress and provide updates to customers as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including customer information, technician assignments, and job details
- Communicate with customers regarding service status, estimated arrival times, and any delays or changes to the schedule
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Dispatcher or in a logistics coordination position is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and using computer systems for scheduling and tracking purposes
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Knowledge of Service Titan or similar CRM

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
