Holiday Inn Express and Suites is Hiring a Hotel Night Auditor Near Milford, OH
We’re looking for a Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all accounts and processes invoices. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly. Night Auditors must be on time for every scheduled shift and be willing to help out with what is needed for the day. The shift would be 11pm-8am. Just starting out the schedule would be a mix of morning and evening shifts for training until you are ready to start working nights.
Highly qualified candidates will posses 1 year of customer service experience, be proficient in using computers and have reliable transportation.
We offer paid vacation after one year and a discount at all IHG hotels for all of our employees.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Process invoices
-Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
-Help prepare for forecasts and audits
-Checking guests in and out while following all brand standards.
-Helping guests as needed and ensuring satisfaction.
-Being on time for all assigned shifts.
-Maintaining a professional, clean and organized work environment.
-Taking reservations.
-Completing assigned courses and certifications as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
