Greenwood Industries is Hiring a Client Success Representative Near Milford, MA

Established in 1992, Greenwood Industries is a privately held company that’s grown to become one of the Top 10 commercial roofing and building envelope systems contractors in the United States. We are headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts, with nine locations throughout the Northeast.

Proper maintenance of a roofing system is mission critical. It demands regular attention and 24/7 response for emergencies. It requires experience with all roofing systems, from the delicate work of historic buildings to the latest metal and composite systems, to LEED Certified, solar, and green roofing projects. That’s why we created Greenwood Roof Services (GRS), a division of Greenwood Industries focused exclusively on maintenance and repairs.

As a Client Success Representative at Greenwood Roof Services, your primary responsibility will be to introduce clients to our comprehensive programs and capabilities in managing roofing solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients understand the full range of services and tools available to them through our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing them with an overview of our services, capabilities, and the benefits of utilizing Greenwood Roof Services for their roofing needs.
  • Program Introduction: Educate clients on the various programs offered by Greenwood Roof Services, emphasizing how these programs can streamline facilities management and oversight.
  • Training: Conduct setup training sessions to help clients gain access to our Facility Control System (FCS) portal. Train clients on how to effectively navigate the portal and utilize its features to manage their buildings and properties efficiently.
  • Portal Management: Assist clients in understanding the functionalities of the FCS portal, including monitoring roof observations, invoicing, inspections, and recommended actions. Provide ongoing support to ensure clients can effectively utilize the portal for their facilities management needs.
  • Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our programs, capabilities, or the FCS portal. Provide timely and helpful assistance to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with Greenwood Roof Services and the FCS portal. Use this feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance our services to better meet client needs.
