It offers a comprehensive set of services, including:
IT Services: Application development, maintenance, and testing.
Consulting: Business consulting, IT strategy, and digital transformation.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): Outsourcing of business processes to improve efficiency.
Enterprise Solutions: Implementation and support of enterprise-level software solutions. Digital Services: Services related to digital technologies, such as analytics, cloud, and IoT.
Salary Range: $50K-$70K/Annum
Job Description:Must Have:
- End user Computing with Process and Service Operation knowledge.
- Trouble Shootings and Good Communication Skills
- Co-ordinate and implement processes and procedures to achieve optimal team workflow.
- Vendor Management
- Intune and application packaging
- Day to day operation of our Office365 tenant
- Printer management
- In a week, 3 days need support from Milford location and 2 days from Manchester location.
- Once a month if required need to travel to Cambridge.
- Once a year if required need to travel to Cumberland Foreside.
- Effectively supervise work ensuring optimal performance of collaboration tools and preventing issues from arising, which could later degrade the end-user experience.
Applicants may be required to attend interviews in person or by video conference. In addition, candidates may be required to present their current state or government issued ID during each interview.
