Position Overview:The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all human resources activities. This role involves overseeing the HR operations, policies, and procedures while providing strategic guidance to foster a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will also directly supervise the HR Generalist team, ensuring their professional development and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Planning - collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Analyze workforce trends and propose proactive solutions to address organizational needs.
  • Employee Relations - serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance, counseling, and conflict resolution support. Foster a culture of open communication, fairness, and respect among employees.
  • Talent Acquisition - oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Performance Management - lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Training and Development - identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Develop career paths and succession plans to support employee growth and retention.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage the compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and employee perks. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • HR Policies and Compliance - develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance and promote a fair and equitable workplace. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting - utilize HR data and metrics to track key performance indicators and trends. Prepare regular reports and analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the logistics, 3PL, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team of HR professionals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
