We are seeking an experienced and skilled Property Maintenance Worker to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, with specific expertise in electrical and plumbing systems.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, safe, and functional for all residents and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including but not limited to wiring, lighting, and electrical panels.
• Conduct plumbing repairs and maintenance, such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues in various building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management.
• Maintain and organize maintenance tools and equipment.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new tenants, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
• Perform general building upkeep and repairs, such as carpentry, painting, and drywall work.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for larger repairs or specialized maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
