We are looking for a hardworking and experienced General Laborer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, prior experience in a labor-intensive role, and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.

This role is critical in supporting our construction and maintenance projects by performing a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation and timely completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various construction projects by carrying materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as directed by supervisors.
• Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and jackhammers.
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and potential hazards.
• Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures.
• Assist with demolition work by breaking down old structures and clearing debris.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, asphalt, and gravel.
• Support tradespeople and other skilled workers as needed on the job site.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
