RECAP's Facilities Department is seeking a dedicated Building Superintendent to join our team. We are responsible for the upkeep of 31 supportive housing program properties and office buildings throughout Orange County. The Building Superintendent will primarily focus on the 34 Mill Street building and will be provided with residence at 34 Mill Street Apt 3n. This role is integral to our mission of maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
