This includes hardware and software administration of servers, desktops, networking, security, e-mail, and communications for all ACD sites. The IT Manager has one direct report, a Support Specialist.Overall Responsibilities:Administer, maintain, and support the following systems:The Windows server infrastructureSage X3 ERP system and related integration, automation, and reporting systemsACD's Magento-based e-commerce site and the integration Sage X3Windows desktops including Microsoft Office 365Hybrid Exchange/365 email systemMitel VOIP systemMaintain various support contracts, internet domain renewals, and systems licenses.Provide guidance and research on projects as directed.Attend meetings and work with other departments to move projects forward.QualificationsA minimum of five years in an IT leadership role.A minimum of three years supporting an ERP system, preferably Sage X3Experience administering:Server hardware and management software, RAID and NAS systems.Windows Server 2012 R2 - 2016, including Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Group PolicyMicrosoft SQL Server 2012 or higher, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuningMicrosoft Exchange 365 HybridMicrosoft Office 2016 or higherCisco routers, VPN, and managed switchesMitel or other VOIP systemSome development experience in ASP.Net and VB.Net a plusExperience with EDI a plusAdditional InformationTo Apply: e-mail your resume and salary requirements or call 608-203-9914.
