What you’ll be doing
- Greet corporate visitors, answer phones, receive mail and process each accordingly
- Assist Human Resources in all aspects of HR
- Assist corporate employees as needed
- Maintain suppplies in copy room and kitchenette
- Perform other duties as requested
Skills you’ll bring along
- High School Diploma required
- 2 or more years of experience iwth customer service and or HR
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Strong
- Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills
- Organizational skills
- Initiative
Pay : $15 / hour or more depending on experience
Job Type
- M-F work week
- Full-time position
- 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm
