CMS is looking for an Finance Manager who is an enthusiastic, self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of projects, work with minimal supervision and can identify issues before they arise. Responsibilities:

• Reconcile monthly billables and create invoices
• Enter accurate and timely receivables into the Accounting System
• General ledger entries and related reconciliations
• Manage and maintain monthly and quarterly P&Ls
• Develop systems to streamline fiscal operations
• Manage and closely monitor accounts receivables; follow up as necessary
• Create analytical reports for management and sales team as requested
• Maintenance of W9 files
• Maintenance of vendor contracts and lease documents
• Perform other projects as assigned and other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous office experience
• Accounts payable: 2 years (Preferred)
• Accounts receivable: 2 years (Preferred)
• SAGE or QuickBooks experience a plus
• Excellent math skills
• The ability to communicate effectively with management team and coworkers
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Requires high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude and strong work ethics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,818.43 - $90,813.59 per year
