Pay Range: $110, 000 - $120, 000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
• Review and analyze financial statements for the company and related entities
• Manage banking transactions and support treasury functions
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Coordinate and manage financial audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Lead the transition to manage a small team of accounting professionals, fostering professional growth and development
• Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with senior financial leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting department to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• A Bachelor s degree in Accounting;finance degrees considered with relevant experience
• At least 10 years of experience in accounting, with 2 years in a management role
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with GL management
• Strong leadership qualities, flexibility, and the ability to communicate effectively
• Experience with CMIC or other construction ERP systems is preferred
• CPA certification is preferred
• Public accounting experience, particularly with audit roles is preferred
