Creative Circle is Hiring a Social Media Manager Near Miami, FL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a team of community managers,
Collaborate with the agency managing our paid media, providing support on campaigns
Develop, oversee, and implement the firm's organic social media strategy across various platforms
Evaluate and adjustment the strategy based on industry trends, platform updates, and audience behavior
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts, campaigns, and overall presence
Content Calendar Leadership
Audience Engagement Focus
Increase audience engagement across platforms, fostering a vibrant online community
Understand our audience and conduct research to keep identifying their pain points
Utilize social listening tools to monitor conversations, trends, and mentions related to the firm and industry
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED
- Proficient in Sprout Social, Salesforce
- Experience working with the Adobe Suite
- Strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding on social media platforms (i.e Meta, YouTube, TikTok), social media management platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
