As a Regional Sales Manager for California, you will have full responsibility for developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve the company's profit targets. It is essential that you have proven experience, deep knowledge, and established relationships in the casino industry. We will only consider candidates with sector-specific experience. You must be dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales and business growth.Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all casinos in California.
  • Convert these relationships into profitable sales of Win's broad portfolio of products, including casino management systems, slot machines, and electronic table games.
  • Develop a thorough working knowledge of Win’s broad portfolio of products.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales goals through creative and strategic selling.
  • Negotiate and collaborate with operations, R&D, and legal departments to complete licensing/certification agreements.
  • Drive Win's participation in marketing and sales events in the region.
  • Maintain detailed information on Win's competition in the market for regular feedback to the team.
  • Maintain expenses within budget guidelines.
  • Increase Win's market share across the California region.
  • Potential for taking on additional territories in the western US and advancement to management positions as we grow.

Work Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of the casino industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience meeting or exceeding quotas in casino industry sales.
  • Strong network of contacts across the California region.
  • Proven ability to engage clients and create lasting partnerships.
  • Passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Must be eligible to receive and maintain various gaming licenses.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Hybrid work model.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • High level of technical acumen.
  • Based in California.
