Commercial Litigation Attorney
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled commercial litigation attorney to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, with a focus on handling complex business disputes and commercial transactions.
Responsibilities will include representing clients in state and federal court, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic advice to clients.
The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
The position requires a J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the state bar. Experience in commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, and other commercial matters, is required.
