Responsibilities
- Assign Help Desk tickets.
- Maintain the supply inventory for all hardware and software systems. This includes generating purchase orders, receiving vendor quotes, and researching prices on all supplies, etc.
- Provide administrative tasks to keep ordering, invoicing, shipping/receiving, and online tracking organized.
- Assist with day-to-day systems tasks.
RequirementsA minimum one year of administrative experience preferred
Must Be Able To
- Speak, read, write and understand the English language.
- Compute accurate mathematical calculations.
- Provide legible communication and directions.
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Prioritize and organize.
- Think clearly, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
- Follow directions thoroughly.
- Understand guest’s service needs.
