Responsibilities include:
- Closely monitors daily project financial operations to ensure compliance with established goals
- Coordinate with project managers to update project forecasts
- Provide ongoing communications to project teams regarding billings and invoicing status
- A/P and Receivables filling, processing, and entering of receipts, billings, and invoices
- Ensure job specific financial records are properly and accurately maintained.
- Establishand maintains positive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Provide technical accounting assistance and direction as needed / required
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project accounting or related field for a construction company developing payment application (draws).
- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping and financial statement preparation
- Sage Accounting Software Desktop

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,194.00 per year
