Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer service rep. to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. Property and Casualty Insurance experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in their personal/commercial insurance strategies.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

Skills:

- Proficiency in phone systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Experience with front desk responsibilities
- Familiarity with computerized systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in the insurance field or similar role is a plus

- Bilingual preferred.
