Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Enrollment Specialist with a strong sales focus to join our Arizona branch. This role is central to our growth strategy, focusing on enrolling new families and maintaining relationships with existing ones. The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for achieving enrollment targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end enrollment process, including consultation with families.
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current families.
- Provide detailed information about our programs and services to parents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in education or childcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with the local childcare market and regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
