We’re looking for experienced sales professionals who’ve studied what it takes to be great at sales. If you’re someone who is competitive and studies other experts to improve your sales skills, then you’re someone we want to talk to.
We are a painting company that provides painting services, exterior and interior, for homeowners and businesses. Our office staff builds rapport with potential customers and schedules appointments in preparation to meet with our estimators. Our sales experts then meet with our clients to help educate & present a price of what it takes to get their painting done. As a team, we’re actively involved in our community and take part in networking & local events to meet potential future clients and better serve our community.
The job responsibilities include:
- Meet clients and present a price to complete their painting
- Add value to customers by presenting our services
- Handle sales objections clients may have (Example: I want to get three estimates)
- Stay in contact with clients until they close on their painting project. (Phone call, text message, video message, and schedule second visits.)
- Attend networking and community events to represent our company and help establish new customers (some weekend work required)
- Prospect new leads and bring painting customers into the market
- Ability to show up for yourself and the company. (We call that showing up twice)
- Upload photos and notes to CRM to keep communication clear
- Manage customer expectations throughout the painting project if needed. (We have a whole team that works together to manage our jobs. However, the sales expert has a relationship with the client and helps with problems or change orders.
- Coordinate small construction repairs with contractors used within the company.
Requirements:
- -Valid driver’s license
- -Self-motivated with a desire to win
- -Previous sales experience
- -High-volume closer
- -Excellent communication skills
Schedule:
- Weekdays 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Some weekends (events, follow up calls, etc.)
- We will not limit you. Clients are more available in the evenings & weekends; we encourage you to follow up between 6 - 8pm
- $65,000 -$111,000 per year
- Base salary $2,000 per month 4% commission on sales collected
