Erik of Norway Salon & Spa is looking for a friendly face to add to our family. We currently have a part-time Guest Service Coordinator position available. We are looking for a dependable and professional individual with good customer service skills that can provide our guests with an experience that exceeds their expectations.

*Please note: This is not a seasonal position. We are looking for a candidate that is seeking long-term employment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will serve as an integral, valued member and crucial part of our team, creating a positive experience for each guest. Duties include: Greeting each guest when they arrive in a professional and courteous manner, provide guests with superior customer service, booking and confirming appointments, answer incoming phone calls, managing cash/credit/monetary transactions, data entry, stocking inventory, keep the salon waiting area and retail area clean and inviting, and closing the salon for the day.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• Outgoing, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a professional appearance
• Good work ethic
• Strong guest service skills
• Excellent phone/communication skills
• Articulate and well spoken
• Effective organization skills, able to handle multiple duties simultaneously
• Available to work evening and Saturday shifts (Wednesday and Thursday 3:00-Close, Every or every other Saturday)
• Previous salon/spa experience is preferred but not required.
