Continental Properties is looking for an experienced project manager to join our home office team as a Development Director.
You will partner with members of a cross-functional team and determine project strategy, as well as manage due diligence, entitlements, and permitting of new multifamily communities. You will lead negotiations directly with municipalities and collaborate with external partners as you oversee development activities on multiple developments in different stages of the project lifecycle. As a Development Director you will report to our Sr. Development Director.
This team member will be working from our home office location in WI (relocation provided).
