We are in need of a Deal Processor for our busy Menomonee Falls campus. Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Deal Processor will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
- Prepare tax and title documents
- Submit finance contracts for payment
- Submit all legal transfer work to DMV
- Apply for rebates and report new vehicles to manufacturers
- Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins
- Post vehicle sales and purchases
- Bill out dealer trades and prepare Certificates of Origin
- Process/register all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Auto dealership experience preferred but not required
- Experience with CDK a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Excellent communication skills
