OTR Hot Shot Flatbed Position

Hotshot Truck Driver

Duties :

• Safely operate a 40ft gooseneck flatbed trailer. Able to use chains & binders, straps, tarps, etc.
• Transport freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Comfortable driving over-dimensional size loads.
• Willing to be out on the road for a minimum of at least 3 weeks a month. If drivers choose to stay out longer than we do offer bonus incentives.
• Bonus incentives are given for tarping, over-dimensional size loads, and working overtime.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules.

Skills :

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL A) with appropriate endorsements for the type of truck being operated.
• Ability to navigate using GPS or maps to reach destinations efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with dispatchers and team members.
• Must have at least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience and 1 year of flatbed experience.
• Clean MVR & Background Check is a must!

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
