Tasks and Responsibilities

• Daily assembly of assigned production parts
• Repititive assembly work in a comfortable environment
• Meet daily production output requirements
• Perform final inspections using Industrial standards, using calipers, and other inspection tools
• Identify non-conformances of finished components through established inspection methods
• Packages according to packaging requirements, and identifies all parts with appropriate labels and identification tags.
• Follows ISO policies and procedures
• Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required. Associates or some college preferred
• 1 year or more of warehouse experience or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings, industry specifications, and work instructions required
• Work experience in production or quality environment preferred
• Customer service experience a plus

Competencies

• Familiarity with ISO 9001
• 6S familiarity a plus
• Physical stamina and dexterity to assemble products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and quality conscious
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, and function well in a team environment
• Works efficiently to complete projects, and flexible to take on new tasks.
• Time management
