St. Raymond School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kindergarten Aide to join our team. The Kindergarten Aide will assist the classroom teacher in providing a nurturing and educational environment for our youngest students. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of the classroom and ensuring each child’s safety and well-being.

- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students as needed
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Support students with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum

- Assist in classroom management and behavior reinforcement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool or early elementary setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with young children during this critical stage of development.
