Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our company as the CEO/President. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, financial management, strategic planning, business development, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the company in setting and achieving strategic goals and objectives
- Oversee all aspects of the organization's operations and business activities
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Directly manage senior leadership team members
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
- Build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and other industry leaders

Experience:

- Proven experience as a CEO, President, or in a similar executive leadership role
- Strong background in financial management, business development, and strategic planning
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent supervisory skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; MBA preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,010.00 per year
