Responsibilities:• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner• Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date• Resolve customer credit inquiries, providing clear and concise information• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments• Utilize data entry skills to input data into relevant systems accurately• Communicate with customers in a professional manner, addressing any queries or issues they may have• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation of credit processing procedures• Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding credit processing• Report any discrepancies or issues to the relevant supervisor or manager• Continually seek to improve processes and procedures within the credit department.
