Role Overview:

This pivotal role is for the go-getter who will bring sustainable energy solutions right to the customer’s doorstep. As a Solar Energy Sales Consultant, you will offer a holistic package, helping homeowners to navigate through solar energy systems, roofing, energy efficiency improvements , and more, towards complete energy independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit homes in designated residential areas to discuss the advantages of solar energy and our services, ensuring compliance with door-to-door sales guidelines and local regulations.
  • Harness our state-of-the-art sales tools and software to provide unbeatable offers based on location and need.
  • Conduct in-depth energy consultations with homeowners to assess their specific energy needs and explain how residential solar solutions can benefit them.
  • Utilize pre-booked appointments to engage with potential customers and provide tailored solar energy solutions.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales goals set by the sales manager, focusing on converting consultations into sales.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Efficiently manage and track your sales pipeline using your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Promptly report your sales metrics and performance using provided technology tools.
  • Grow within our ranks through our online sales courses, training, and mentorship from seasoned professionals.

Qualifications:

  • A solid track record in sales, door-to-door experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with bilingual abilities (especially English and Spanish) being a significant plus.
  • Access to reliable transportation for daily travel within sales territories.

Compensation:

  • 100% commission-based pay structure, with limitless earning potential.
  • Average Income for a first year rep - $150,000-$250,000
  • Highly Competitive Commissions compared to industry average
  • Schedule: Flexible availability, weekends / nights as needed
  • Earn residual commission from recruiting other sales representatives.
  • Work location: Combination of in-office, in-territory work, and virtual work
  • Double Commission on self generated leads.
