Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy: Craft and execute financial strategies that drive company's success.
• Accurate Reporting: Prepare financial statements to maintain financial clarity.
• Process Enhancement: Evaluate and enhance department controls, systems, and procedures for improved accuracy and efficiency.
• Team Oversight: Lead and supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and precise project, month-end, and year-end reports.
• Financial Management: Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and taxation obligations.
• Forecasting: Conduct job costing, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial planning.
• Effective Communication: Collaborate effectively with the management team, customers, vendors, and insurance companies.

Qualifications:

• Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
