As key members of our direct-care team, a Caregiver provides one-on-one support to our residents in their daily routines such as bathing, dressing, toileting, socialization and overall well-being.

Current Full-Time Opportunities:

• Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Pay starts at $15.25/hr. and up based on experience
• Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Pay starts at $15.25/hr from 7-3 and $18.25/hr from 3p-7p (includes shift differential)
• Overnight Shift: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Pay starts at $17.25/hr and up based on experience (includes shift differential)

Caregiver Responsibilities: 

• Help our residents live their lives to the fullest by assisting them with their routines throughout their day such as bathing, dressing and toileting. 
• Build bonds through companionship.
• Show patience, compassion and empathy in each engagement with all residents and their families.
• Assist residents in organizing their day and activities and above all, enjoy themselves.

Caregiver Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED or active C.N.A.
• 18 years of age or older, except as permitted in 2800.54(d).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
