```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage and supervise all front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt and friendly service
- Monitor dining room activity to ensure efficient seating and service
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the front and back of house
- Maintain inventory of supplies, such as menus, napkins, and utensils
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
- Implement and enforce food safety standards and procedures
- Assist with banquet events as needed

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and restaurant operations
- Familiarity with TOAST point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
