```Job Summary:```

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented full-time CPA to join our team. As the CPA, you will be responsible for managing the office, communicating with the management team, and ensuring compliance with what the firm needs and IRS standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and accounting.

```Responsibilities:```

- Ensure compliance with all of the firms needs.

- Meet with new and existing clients in office or onsite.

- Assist staff with account management.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Manage payroll processes, including calculating employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor liquidity and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

```Experience:```
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Accounting, Finance, Management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous management experience
