```Job Summary:```

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented full-time Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, payroll, and tax.

```Responsibilities:```

- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and prepare tax returns

- Meet with new and existing clients in office or onsite.

- Assist staff with account management.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Manage payroll processes, including calculating employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Perform general ledger accounting activities, such as journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor liquidity and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of wills, trusts, estate law is a plus
