Marshall Eye Care Center is Hiring a Front Desk Near Marshall, MO

Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and office administration, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties:

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Scheduling appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Provide support to other staff members as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Familiarity with computerized systems for scheduling and managing appointments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a courteous manner
- Knowledge of office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Bilingual preferred

- Open to being cross- trained. Front Desk would not be your sole position as you would be asked to help work up patients with short appointments, and help check in glasses.
