We are seeking a Workforce Development Coordinator to coordinate student experiences and support recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs. The primary work office will be in a clinic office, located in Gwinn or Houghton County.
This position is part of sustained U.P. Area Health Education Center (UP AHEC) funding that encourages growth of health care professionals by facilitating health career preparation programs, community-based student education opportunities, and continuing education credit programs.
Base wage for this position is $16.59/hour with a typical work week of 10 hours Monday-Friday with schedule flexibility.
