Assist with clean-up and regular audits of Align Doc LocatorUpdate content management system as neededAssist the Director of Field Marketing with preparing information or presentations related to budgetsEnsure Upshow devices within Division are active.

Reach out to teams who are inactive, processing orders, working with local field team to ensure relevant local content is active.

Attend marketing meetings, compile meeting notes and distribute to attendeesAssist Marketing Managers with various projects including presentation preparationProvide proofing support for direct mail contentAssist with opt-ins including but not limited to planning, aligning with operations on deadlines, quarterly cadence to check-inAssist with reviewing print vendor invoicesProvide support for all doctor transitions ensuring all parties know when changes are happening to ensure website and patient management system are updated in a timely mannerPartner with Brand team coordinator to ensure both functions are working congruently on each projectWhat You'll Need

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferredOne (1) year of experience in a marketing operations support position requiredIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe AcrobatIntermediate written and oral communication skillsThis is the perfect opportunity to grow with an expanding organization!
