Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Certified Dietary Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring high-quality food service in healthcare settings. Long Term Care CDM preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities in healthcare facilities
- Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and portion sizing to meet dietary requirements
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and dietary restrictions
- Supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
- Develop and implement training programs for dietary staff
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to address patient dietary needs

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong culinary background with knowledge of food safety protocols
- Experience in supervising kitchen operations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Proficiency in catering and managing dietary requirements for diverse populations
- Familiarity with inventory control and budgeting
