Join Our Dedicated Team: A highly respected 289-bed medical center, is seeking a passionate NICU Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and enhancing the lives of infants with communication, cognitive, and swallowing impairments.
Role and Responsibilities:
- 🗣️ Conduct subjective assessments of speech and language during spontaneous conversations.
- 📊 Administer objective tests to evaluate communication strengths and weaknesses.
- 📈 Develop and implement tailored treatment programs to improve patient communication abilities.
- 📝 Regularly evaluate and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
- 🤝 Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient placement and care.

Qualifications:
