- Oversee and manage a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Administer medications and injections as required
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and laboratory results
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
- Utilize utilization management techniques to optimize healthcare resources
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

Salary: $77,356.00 - $80,444.00 per year
