🔍 Job Title: IV PICC Registered Nurse
📍 Location: Margate, FL
🕑 Shift: Full-time
- No Weekends 💼 Compensation: $31.67 - $47.50/hr (15 YRS experience)
Key Responsibilities
- 🩺 Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients
- 📝 Supervise and manage assigned personnel
- 📞 Communicate effectively through written, auditory, and visual methods
- 📋 Interpret and apply hospital and department policies and procedures
- 💊 Administer medications and monitor patient conditions and response
- 🔍 Collect and analyze data to determine patient diagnosis and treatment
- 🎓 Educate patients about medications, procedures, and treatments
- ⏳ Ensure effective use of time, supplies, and equipment
- 🛡️ Advocate for patient safety and act as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Obtain within 30 days of start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) - Obtain within 30 days of start date
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- 2-3 years of PICC acute care experience required
- PICC Certification MANDATORY
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
