We're looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our growing team at Bridgeway Benefit Technologies! The HR Operations Specialist will support the overall HR function, specifically in areas of new hire onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and various HR administrative tasks. The HR Operations Specialist collaborates closely with our HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide high caliber service to our employees. Our HR team is highly driven, results oriented, and passionate about our employees (and future employees)!
This position is primarily remote for candidates in the Mid-Atlantic region, with occasional visits to our office locations in Maple Shade, NJ and Baltimore, MD.
