Our client is a luxury vacation packages sales company seeking experienced and highly charismatic and confident face-to-face sales talent to join their team in Australia for a 12-month working holiday.

Salary :

$100k estimated total earnings (earned through base salary commission)

Job Summary :

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling luxury vehicle vacation packages, an exciting and luxurious product.

The ideal candidate must consistently achieve daily KPIs and weekly sales targets, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Job Responsibilities :

• Promote and sell Luxury Vehicle Holiday packages to potential clients
• Meet and exceed daily KPIs and weekly sales targets (7 sales per week)
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
• Represent the client with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in face-to-face sales, preferably in the luxury travel industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confidence and enthusiasm to promote an exciting and high-end product
