Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Store/Event Manager to oversee our store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, sales, and shift management.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and place orders as necessary
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Negotiate with suppliers, oversee purchasing activities, and manage vendor relationships
- Monitor market trends and adjust store offerings to meet customer demands
- Train and mentor staff members to deliver exceptional service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally

Experience:

o- Proven experience in supervising retail environment
- Strong sales management skills with the ability to analyze market trends
- Proficiency in managing budgets, buying/selling products, and negotiating contracts
- Prior experience in shift management and overseeing a team of employees
