Get It Recruit - Administrative is Hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative - Remote
Position OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline of customer interaction, ensuring that all queries and issues are handled with professionalism and care. You will have the chance to work in both in-office and remote settings, providing flexibility and variety in your daily routine.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing solutions and escalating issues as needed.
Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating them when necessary.
Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve unresolved customer grievances.
Manage new customer accounts and enter information into various software systems.
Process consumer refunds accurately and promptly.
Handle and track service requests for customer hardware.
Ideal Candidate ProfileAt least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, dynamic customer service setting preferred.
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Effective team player who is self-motivated and proactive in improving processes.
Demonstrates integrity, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
Interested in a hybrid working model.
