M&R Marketing, based in Macon, GA, is currently hiring for the full-time, in-house position of Project Manager. This position is available immediately.
A Project Manager is responsible for supporting a Business Development Manager in managing client accounts and ensuring projects are completed on time and exceed expectations.
The ideal applicant should possess the following skillsets:
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and others-focused
- Possess and maintain a high level of understanding in marketing, strategy, project management best practices, and general business
- Strong interpersonal skills and in-person communication
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, 4-year institution
Project Manager responsibilities include:
- Manage the projects that have been sold by the Business Development Managers
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients
- Prepare for and attend meetings and phone calls with clients
- Capture notes during client meetings to assist Business Development Managers as they prepare client briefs
- Communicate regularly with clients and Business Development Managers
- Coordinate with vendors in order to quote and fulfill services
- Assist in preparing estimates and change orders
- Help communicate project goals to M&R’s internal production team
- Provide market research and reporting
