Preschool Campus Manager Job description

We are seeking an extraordinary individual who has experience in early childhood education, management, loves the environment, is extremely reliable, committed and flexible, and who wants to be a part of a movement to make our world a better place. Must be at least a level 5 on Practitioner Registry and be a PDS or be able to obtain PDS.
The main focus of this job is supporting our teachers and maintaining an environment of harmony in the work place. Must be able to commit to the full upcoming 2024/2025 school year.
Campus Manager position includes but not limited to:
Office Assistant
-answering calls
-returning messages
-giving tours and managing waiting list
-parent communication
-managing STARS program
-Best Beginnings and CACFP management and invoicing
-staff resources
-printing & laminating
-student & staff assessments
-document upkeep
Staff Management
-assuring company policies followed
-assuring licensing policies followed
-staff scheduling & attendance maintenance
-assuring curriculum implementation
-staff meetings & trainings
Classroom - Management Liaison
-assuring staff wellness
-communicating between staff and management
-creating a culture of positivity and support
-working with upper management
-classroom assisting
-covering breaks
-substitute teaching
Details
This position will be 25-35 hours per week scheduled (up to 40 during certain times of the year) and successful candidate will be able to regularly pick up more hours (up to 40) filling in for teachers.
Required Qualities: nurturing, grounded, mindful, emotionally intelligent, adaptable/flexible, teachable, open-minded, compassionate, empathetic, dynamic, high integrity, reliable, responsible, and professional.
Required certifications:
-Infant/Child/Adult CPR & First Aid
-Current on the Early Childhood Project, Practitioner Registry level 4 or higher
-PDS (Professional Development Specialist) credentials or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire
