Successful candidates should have:
-A high school diploma or equivalent
-Strong teaching experience in a preschool or licensed childcare setting, including lesson planning and implementing curriculum
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Leadership skills and self-accountability
-Experience working as a team
*Qualities: nurturing, grounded, mindful, emotionally intelligent, adaptable/flexible, teachable, open-minded, compassionate, empathetic, dynamic, reliable, responsible, and professional.
*Preferred:
-Infant/Child/Adult CPR & First Aid
-Current on the Early Childhood Project, Practitioner Registry
-2 years experience as a preschool teacher in a licensed childcare facility
Competitive pay—starting wage of $17
Hours: Part-time/full time on call
